Once an order is approved by our team of US licensed physicians, it is sent electronically to one of our member wholesalers (the same suppliers that stock your local "brick and mortar" pharmacy) where it is reviewed by a US licensed pharmacist, filled, and shipped.

Our network of doctors and pharmacists are on the cutting edge of on-line consultations, a new concept in health care. A medical questionnaire is all that is needed to treat a number of conditions, conveniently on-line. The on-line consultation utilizes the internet to communicate with a doctor at our secure site when a physical examination is not required.

Sun-Pharmacy.com does NOT offer any controlled substances either through our own website or through our affiliate program websites. We only offer "non-controlled" medications, which are excluded from the Ryan Haight Act, and are 100% legal under current federal guidelines.

In addition to following all federal laws, we also adhere to all state laws regarding the distribution of "non-controlled" medications. Therefore, you will notice that we do not ship some "non-controlled" medications to specific states. All orders require an adult signature upon delivery.
